You are from the hospitality industry and want to train the staff of your café, restaurant, or hotel in the field of pastry and confectionery? Then you’ve come to the right place! Together, we will assess the needs of your business and tailor a selected range of cakes, pastries, and desserts. Your employees will be trained on-site at your location or in my studio on the new recipes – with special attention not only to quality but also to production efficiency.

Training sessions: half-day or full-day.

If you want to learn a specific decorating technique, bake a wedding cake for your friend, or simply learn how to make a particular dessert without having to consider other participants, then individual training is the right choice for you! Tailored specifically to your needs, we will create your customized program together.
